Dr Troy Cheng

Dr Troy Cheng grew up in Taiwan before moving to Australia to pursue his dream in Dentistry. He obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree with James Cook University in Queensland. Dr Troy has moved down to Sydney to continue his path in dentistry.

Dr Troy loves all aspects of dentistry and has special interests in cosmetic dentistry as well as Paediatric dentistry. He thinks the best part of dentistry is helping people get out of pain and to gain more confidence in their smile. With his gentle and calming manner, he is great at helping patients (both big and small) feel relaxed in a dental setting.

In the past, Dr Troy has volunteered in Cambodia and practised in Cairns, Townsville, and Launceston before settling in Sydney.

Being brought up in Taiwan, Dr Troy is fluent in both Mandarin and Taiwanese and is very caring towards all his patients. Dr Troy is currently undertaking several courses as on-going professional development and he strives to provide tailored and up-to-date dental care to all his patients.

Outside of work, Dr Troy has special interests in cooking and baking to share with friends and family. On top of that, he also loves playing basketball to burn off all those extra calories from the sweets he makes.
