Enquire in surgery for additional means of entry. To book an appointment, give us a call on (02) 9838 9111 or simply come see us in Winston Hills Mall. We are at the back of Terry White Chemist.

1. The competition commences on Thursday 12^th February 2018 and will close within 90 days.
2. Persons who prepay for their appointment will receive two (2) entries
   1. This prepayment must be made forty-eight (48) hours prior to appointment
   2. The prepayment can be made at the time of booking an appointment time
   3. This prepayment is non-refundable
3. Persons who refer a private paying patient will receive five (5) entries
   1. To receive the entries the patient must identify their referrer to reception at Infinity Dental Care
   2. Persons who refer patients who only attend an appointment at no cost will not be eligible for the above-mentioned entries
4. Persons who becomes a new patient at Infinity Dental Care’s will receive one (1) entry
   1. Persons must become a paying patient at Infinity Dental Care

1. The winner will credit BridgeClimb passes (worth $938 – which equates to 2 to 3 passes depending on season)
2. The prize is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed in cash
3. Entries must be received within the competition period to be valid
4. Infinity Dental Care will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury sustained in association with this competition
5. Entry is open to persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or above
6. The prize is valid up until the 12^th December 2018
7. If the prize is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances Infinity Dental Care will substitute the prize for another of equal value.
8. The date and location of the draw will be notified through announcements on Infinity Dental Care Facebook page and website page.
9. The competition will be drawn via Facebook Live and the winner will be contacted
10. The winner must supply sufficient identification details to confirm their true identity before the prize is awarded
11. All entries will be placed in a spreadsheet and drawn from an app selecting a random number. The more entries the more chances of winning.
12. Staff members and their immediate family members of Infinity Dental Care are excluded from entering the competition
13. A reference number will be given and you will redeem the voucher. This will be given to winner
