Why are we giving away an iPhone X?

This is our way of saying thank you to all our patients who over the past 2 years supported our practice in Winston Hills.

This is a multi entry competition, we believe in rewarding those who support Infinity Dental Care by recommending and using our services,  this will give you the highest chance of winning. There no limit to the number of entries you can earn. Good luck!

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Prize Details

1. The winner will receive a 2017 iPhone X in new condition.
2. The winner must supply sufficient identification details to confirm their true identity before the prize is awarded.
3. The prize is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed in cash.
4. The prize does not include a telecommunication connection or paid contract.
5. If the prize is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances Infinity Dental Care will substitute the prize for another of equal value.
6. The competition starts on Monday 23^rd October and will close within ninety (90) days of the date of commencement, on a date to be announced.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Entry is open only to persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or above.
2. Staff members of Infinity Dental Care and their immediate family members are excluded from entry to the competition.
3. Persons who attend Infinity Dental Care for the first time as a new paying patient will receive one (1) entry into the competition.
4. Persons who prepay for their treatment will receive two (2) entries into the competition.
   Prepayment must occur within forty-eight (48) hours prior to the appointment.
   b. If the appointment is booked less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the appointment time, the payment can instead be made at the time of making the booking.
5. Persons who Like and Share our Facebook page will receive three (3) entries into the competition.
6. Persons who refer a new patient to Infinity Dental Care will receive three (3) entries into the competition.
   To receive the entries the patient must identify their referrer to reception at Infinity Dental Care at the time of their appointment.
   b. Persons who refer patients who only attend a free consult will not be eligible for the abovementioned entries.
7. Infinity Dental Care reserves the right to award entries, at their sole discretion, to patients of Infinity Dental Care.
   Such awards will be limited to five (5) entries at a time.
8. All entries must be received within the competition period to be valid.
9. The competition will be drawn at an event which all entrants will be invited to attend.
10. The date and location of the draw will be notified through announcements on Infinity Dental Care Facebook page and website page.
11. All entries will be placed in a barrel and the winner will be drawn at random.
12. Infinity Dental Care will not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury sustained in association with this competition or the acceptance of the prize.
13. The winner bears all responsibility for costs, including but not limited to, ongoing payments, maintenance, or any other costs incurred in relation to the prize once taken possession.
