1. The winner will receive a brand new 2017 IPhone X.
2. The winner must supply sufficient identification details to confirm their identity before the prize is awarded.
3. The prize is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed in cash.
4. The prize does not include a telecommunication connection or paid contract.
5. If the prize is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Infinity Dental Care will substitute the prize for another of equal value.

The competition starts on Wednesday 1^st November,2017 and closes on Sunday December 31^st, 2017 midnight

1. Entry is open only to persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or above.
2. Staff members of Infinity Dental Care and their immediate family members are excluded from entry to the competition.
3. Persons who Like and Share our Facebook page will receive one (1) entry into the competition.
4. Persons who attend Infinity Dental Care for the first time as a new paying patient will receive two (2) entries into the competition.
5. Persons who prepay for their treatment will receive three (3) entries into the competition.
   a. Prepayment must occur within forty-eight (48) hours prior to the appointment.
   b. If the appointment is booked less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the appointment time, the payment can instead be made at the time of making the booking.
6. Persons who refer a new patient to Infinity Dental Care will receive five (5) entries into the competition.
   a. To receive the entries, the referred patient must identify their referrer to reception at Infinity Dental Care at the time of their appointment.
   b. Persons who refer patients who only attend a free consult will not be eligible for the abovementioned entries.
7. Infinity Dental Care reserves the right to award entries, at their sole discretion, to patients of Infinity Dental Care.
8. All entries must be received within the competition period to be valid.
9. The competition will be drawn on the Monday January 1^st, 2018.
10. All entries will be placed in a barrel and the winner will be drawn at random. The winner will be announced on social media. They will be contacted soon after the draw.
11. Infinity Dental Care will not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury sustained in association with this competition or the acceptance of the prize.
12. The winner bears all responsibility for costs, including but not limited to, ongoing payments, maintenance, or any other costs incurred in relation to the prize once taken possession.
